Jennifer Danza holds a BFA in Communication Design from Pratt Institute, Brooklyn NY and her experience in art spans well over 2 decades having started in the field of illustration and graphic design. Her extensive design and illustrative portfolio consists of pieces published by a wide array of companies including: Field & Stream Magazine, Henry Holt & Company, The Marvel Entertainment Group, Russ Berrie & Company, The Blank Page of NYC, Carus Publishing and many others.

Her illustrative work on the children's book "The Friendship of Milly & Tug" (Henry Holt & Company) was received favorably by the critics and received several awards and honors including: The Muse Medallion Award for Excellence, the Los Angeles Times Recommended Book Honor, The New York Public Library's 100 Titles for Reading honor, The Children's Literature Choice Book in 2000 honor, and it was also nominated as a Junior Library Guild Selection.

Ms. Danza is a regular editorial contributor to both Just About Horses (Reeves International) and the Realistic Equine Sculpture Socieity. Her work in 2001 with Just About Horses awarded her recognition with the American Horse Publications for her three part series on hooves.

Jennifer's fascination with animal sculpture, particularly the equine began in 1979 but continues strongly today with the release of her new limited edition resincast "Lil Pumpkin". Ms. Danza is excited to continue to share her ever expanding equine and animal visions to fellow art lovers and enthusiasts for years to come.
